Terms and Conditions for the “UNWORTHY” by kai kyoto Contest

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsoring company and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period: The contest begins on [2/8/23] at 08:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on [3/15/23] at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

5. Judging Criteria: All entries will be selected at random
6. Prize: The winner of the contest will receive one (1) hoody of their size choice, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. The sponsoring company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected on [3/17/23] and will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the winner selection. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond to the email and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

The sponsoring artist reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the contest in any way. 10. Release of Liability: By entering the contest, participants release the sponsoring company and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the prize.
